For my movie watching project this year, I’ve decided to watch 100 films from The Walt Disney Studios in honor of the 100th anniversary of the formation of the The Walt Disney Company.
I curated a list of 100 of my favorite feature films from the multiple studios and distribution arms of the company, including animated features from Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pixar Animation Studios and live action films from Walt Disney Pictures, Touchstone Pictures, Hollywood Pictures, Marvel Studios, and Lucasfilm.

I launched the Movies Past and Present blog and podcast five years ago today on January 30, 2018.
And what a ride it’s been. There have been lots of movies, both good and bad, and from the both the past and present. I’ve posted 95 podcasts and am looking forward to posting my 100th podcast this year. Mostly, I’ve loved connecting with friends and family over the wonderful art form that is the motion picture.
Thanks for your love and support! Here’s to many more movies and anniversaries!
